The Lead Developer is a technical and people leader whose influence a single team. Design and lead implementation of technical solutions spanning multiple teams

Serve as a leading voice in cross-cutting concerns (security, performance, scalability, observability)

Champion AI-assisted development practices and establish guidelines for effective use of AI tools

Lead planning and execution of large-scale, cross-team initiatives

Define clear technical roadmaps that balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability

Identify and mitigate major project risks before they become issues

Ensure successful delivery of complex, multi-quarter projects
