Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals.
Client Acquisition
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.

Relationship Building
Analyze and report on market intelligence to identify recent business opportunities.

Proposal and Contract Negotiation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management (prior experience with US staffing/markets is a strong plus).
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work the US Shift .
