We are looking for immediate joiners. We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our ProV team. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The role requires a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams to design cohesive marketing strategies.
# Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing efforts.
# Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Implement and monitor SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
# Content Marketing:

Create and manage engaging, high-quality content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.




Coordinate with designers and copywriters for creative development.
# Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and identity.
Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty.
# Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to monitor and report on performance.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
# Advertising:

Oversee paid advertising campaigns, posters, including Google Ads and social media ads.
Test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
# Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 5 yrs of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing techniques.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
