We are expanding our team in Gurugram and looking for a senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and lead its execution.
As a senior Product Manager, you will lead the definition and prioritization of product strategy to ensure alignment with strategic business goals and customer needs. You will translate market insights, customer feedback, and technical feasibility into a cohesive product roadmap, and guide cross-functional and Agile teams in executing against it. Own and drive the successful commercialization of products, managing the full lifecycle from concept through market launch and ongoing optimization.
Develop and implement robust feature strategies based on usage analysis and customer feedback.
Own strategic planning and strategic thinking for the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term product vision.
Integrate stakeholder feedback, market trends, and technical feasibility into cohesive development plans.
Agile Execution & Delivery:
Lead prioritization and refinement of product backlogs to ensure alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
Serve as Product Owner within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) where applicable — performing backlog grooming and driving Product Increment (PI) planning.




Guide Agile teams by translating strategic insights into actionable, well-defined features and user stories.
Collaborate with architects and key stakeholders to clarify and deliver project requirements.
Explain and present product strategy and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Mentor, and coach a small team of [product owners/analysts], fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Minimum of 12+ years in product management, product ownership, or related roles, with significant experience in [cloud/IoT/BMS or relevant domain].
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Proven experience in stakeholder management, strategic planning, strategic thinking, and value proposition creation.
Tools & Project Management:
Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence Cloud, GitHub Enterprise, and Azure DevOps.
Experienced professional working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Scaled Agile (SAFe) mode.
Master's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience as a Product Manager for a SaaS platform is a strong added advantage.
Experience with automation systems or industrial/energy sector products is advantageous.




Certifications in Product Management or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM).
