Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.
Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, and UAT support testing.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and automated test suites.
Improve automation coverage to reduce manual testing effort and increase release confidence.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Perform detailed root cause analysis for escaped defects.
Support release planning, validation activities, and controlled deployments.
Participate in release readiness reviews and risk assessments.
Mentor junior QA engineers and guide testing best practices.
Participate actively in grooming, sprint planning,



sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Drive process improvements to improve product quality and team efficiency.
Quality Engineering

Define and track quality metrics such as defect leakage, automation coverage, and test effectiveness.
Recommend improvements in testing strategies, tools, and processes.
Promote a quality-first mindset across delivery teams.
Required Skills & Experience

5–8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

- Strong experience in Functional and Regression Testing.
- Experience with Test Automation tools such as WebDriver IO ( preferred) or Selenium or Playwright, or equivalent.
- Experience with scripting language such as Java script/ Type script ( preferred) or C# or Java , or equivalent.
- Good understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience with SQL and database validation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools.
- Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Laboratory Systems, LIMS, ELN, or regulated environments is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
Experience with Performance Testing (such as JMeter or equivalent ).
Experience with Azure services and cloud-based applications.
Experience working on enterprise-scale distributed systems.
Knowledge of security testing concepts.
High-quality release validation.
Timely delivery of testing activities.
Continuous improvement initiatives contributing to overall product quality.
Very good English communication skills (concise writing and orally convincing);
Structured and clear writing skills.
MCA or Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA : Eurofins has a solid focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects.
