As the Regional Operational Excellence Lead - Asia, you'll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history. Using advanced metals chemistry, you'll help tackle the world's biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.

As an Asia Regional Operational Excellence Lead, you will help drive our goals by:

Partnering with regional operations leaders across APAC to define priorities and deliver a structured operational excellence roadmap across multiple manufacturing sites.

Leading high-impact improvement programmes that enhance productivity, safety, quality, cost performance and operational efficiency.

Building operational capability through coaching, training and the sharing of best practices, tools and governance processes.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align resources and deliver sustainable business improvements.

Leading and developing a team of Operational Excellence specialists while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Black Belt Lean Six Sigma qualification with significant experience delivering transformational operational and financial improvements.

Proven background in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Operations Transformation within complex organisations.





Strong track record of delivering measurable performance improvements across multiple sites or business units.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management capabilities supported by data-driven decision making.

Experience leading, mentoring and developing improvement teams with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
