The Business Process Lead supports the client's global process standardization and improvement work across operations from site acquisition through data center delivery and ongoing operations. The role maps current and future workflows, identifies waste, process deviations, inefficiencies, and control gaps, and develops practical improvement plans and documentation. The engineer works with stakeholders across functions and regions, aligning process designs with client policies, controls, audit requirements, and the governance framework.

Assess process gaps, waste, deviations, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve consistency and efficiency.

- Develop prioritized process improvement plans, balancing expected impact, effort, risk, and stakeholder needs.
- Define standardized procedures and future-state workflows aligned with the governance framework, client policies, and audit requirements.
- Develop business requirements for process or system changes and coordinate their review with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Recommend process performance measures and KPIs to support monitoring and continuous improvement.

Support governance reviews, project reviews, and risk assessments for active projects, including process and schedule risks.

- Maintain project action logs, issue tracking, the process development database, and lessons learned records.
- Communicate findings, decisions, risks,



and recommendations in concise reports and working sessions.
- Experience And Capabilities
- Demonstrated capability in business process analysis, process mapping, workflow documentation, and process improvement.
- Ability to analyze process information, identify gaps and risks, and translate findings into actionable plans, requirements, and measures.
- Experience maintaining structured documentation, action logs, issue registers, and process or project reporting.
- Sound judgment when handling controls and compliance requirements, and ability to route approvals to the accountable business or governance owners.
- Comfort working with project and workflow platforms; experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, ClickUp, or Bizzdesign is helpful.

Practical improvement plans that identify expected impact, effort, dependencies, and risks.

- Standardized process documentation aligned with the governance framework and applicable policies and controls.
- Accurate, up-to-date governance records, metrics, project risk assessments, and lessons learned.
- The role reports to the client's Business Optimization and Solutions Director and works closely with stakeholders across global functional teams. Final authorization and approval of process changes remain with the client's designated business and governance stakeholders.
