The Sales Team Lead is responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring disciplined sales execution, and maintaining strong customer relationships while directly supporting the organization's revenue objectives.

Lead, coach, and supervise a team of sales executives to consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue goals set by the CRO.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; analyze data and share reports with senior leadership.





Train and onboard new sales team members on products, pitch, and sales processes.

Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and internal teams to improve conversion rates and revenue.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience of at least 1 year as a Sales Team Lead or in a similar role.

Strong communication and team management skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
