We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy.

The Senior HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, build strong talent pipelines, drive timely closures, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team structures, and talent needs.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, qualified networks, social media, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Act as a strategic recruitment partner to hiring managers and business leaders.
Advise stakeholders on candidate availability, compensation expectations, notice periods, and recruitment timelines.
Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.

Manage salary discussions and offer negotiations within approved compensation frameworks.
Coordinate background verification, documentation, and pre-employment processes.
Recruitment Operations and Reporting




Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/recruitment database.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring pipeline.
Prepare regular recruitment reports and dashboards for HR leadership.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Talent & Employer Branding
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Support employee referral and talent pipeline initiatives.
Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, networking activities, and employer-branding initiatives.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends, talent availability, compensation trends, and sourcing strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proven experience handling multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing expertise across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and skilled networks.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment/ATS platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment priorities with minimal supervision.
