The Lead Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across leadership, technical, engineering, project, and corporate functions. The role will partner closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements while enhancing employer branding and candidate experience.

Talent Acquisition Strategy

Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans.

Forecast hiring needs in collaboration with business leaders and HR stakeholders.

Build talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.

Drive workforce planning discussions and recruitment prioritization.

Recruitment Delivery

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.

Source candidates through internal databases, job portals, social media, referrals, search firms, and networking.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.

Lead recruitment for senior, leadership, and specialized technical positions.

Stakeholder Management





Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent market trends and hiring strategies.

Maintain solid relationships with hiring managers and ensure regular recruitment updates.

Collaborate with HR, compensation, mobility, and onboarding teams.

Recruitment Analytics & Governance

Track and report recruitment KPIs including:

Recruitment Funnel Metrics

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and governance standards.

Employer Branding

Support employer branding initiatives across digital and campus platforms.

Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Represent the organization at recruitment drives, networking events, and industry forums.

Vendor & Agency Management

Manage relationships with search firms and recruitment partners.

Monitor vendor performance, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Negotiate commercial terms and ensure service delivery standards.
