About the Role We are seeking a hands-on, highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for our digital marketing and creative teams. This role is strictly focused on recruitment delivery, stakeholder management, and elevating our hiring quality. You will act as a talent advisor, leveraging up-to-date sourcing tools and metrics to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced agency workplace.

End-to-End Recruitment: Own the complete hiring lifecycle for digital marketing roles, including performance marketing, SEO, content, design, strategy, and account management.
Leverage AI tools, advanced Boolean searches, job portals, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach to build robust active and passive talent pipelines.
Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, establish hiring timelines, and calibrate on candidate quality.
Candidate Experience & Closure: Screen, assess,



and coordinate interviews to ensure speed and quality. Recruitment Metrics: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and analyze key metrics (e.g., System Management: Utilize KEKA HRMS for maintaining candidate databases, tracking the hiring pipeline, and ensuring a seamless transition into the onboarding phase.

Education: MBA graduate (Mandatory).
Experience: 2 to 4 years of dedicated Talent Acquisition experience, with a mandatory background in a Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Creative Agency environment.
Hands-on experience using AI for recruitment (sourcing, drafting JDs, screening) and a strong understanding of recruitment metrics.
Practical know-how of KEKA HRMS & LinkedIn Recruiter is highly preferred.
