- Sharp negotiation and relationship-building instincts
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and outreach drafts, but the actual relationship-building and negotiation stays genuinely human. Influencers can tell when a DM was copy-pasted from a prompt

Bonus Points
Experience with both paid and barter collaboration models. Agency experience specifically is a robust plus; running influencer campaigns for several unrelated brands at once is the actual job here.
