We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to drive hiring for engineering and leadership roles across the organization.
This role requires a combination of strong sourcing capability, sound technical understanding, and good judgment of talent. Own the recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure

6-10 years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment

- Experience hiring for engineering roles and senior/lead positions
- Java, Python, Microservices
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, passive hiring, networking)
- Ability to assess candidate quality beyond resumes
- You take time to understand what makes an engineer effective in real projects, not just what matches a job description

Experience in IT services or consulting environments
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
Consistent delivery of quality engineering and leadership hires
Positive candidate and stakeholder experience
