Role Summary We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to support contract positions received from ARK's clients. You will understand client requirements, develop sourcing strategies, identify and engage qualified candidates, conduct meaningful screening, prepare quality submissions and remain connected with candidates through interviews, offers and start.

You should be comfortable using established recruiting platforms while also finding creative ways to reach qualified talent.

Source candidates through JobDiva, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, referrals, professional networks and other channels.
Contact candidates through phone, email, LinkedIn and text.
Screen candidates for skills, experience, motivation, availability, compensation and overall fit.
Prepare accurate candidate summaries and quality submissions.




Meet established submission and placement expectations while maintaining quality.

Three to five years of US IT contract recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting technical professionals for contract positions.
Strong Boolean-search, database-search and candidate-research skills.
Hands-on experience with major job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong spoken and written English.
Confidence conducting candidate calls and presenting opportunities.
Experience using an ATS; JobDiva experience is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Building robust candidate relationships and reusable talent pipelines.
Maintaining accurate ATS information and dependable follow-through.
