This is a full-time on-site role for a Warranty & Quality Manager located in Palwal. The Warranty & Quality Assurance Executive/Manager plays a key role in ensuring product reliability by managing warranty claims and analyzing failure trends to drive quality improvements. This role involves collaborating with service centers, suppliers, and internal teams to enhance product quality,



reduce warranty costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Experience in warranty claims management and quality assurance
Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends for quality improvement
Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations
Experience working with electric vehicles is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field

Robust knowledge of warranty policies and quality assurance methodologies (e.g., Proficiency in CRM, warranty management, and quality monitoring tools.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
