Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non IT roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, social media, and talent mapping initiatives.
Screen and assess candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Leverage Generative AI and recruitment technology tools to enhance sourcing effectiveness, recruiter productivity, and candidate engagement.




Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for niche and critical technology skills.
Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, recruitment processes, and compliance requirements.
Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring metrics within ATS platforms.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

2 - 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment with a strong understanding of technology skill sets and recruitment market trends.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other talent sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled recruitment tools, Generative AI solutions, and emerging recruitment technologies.
- Analytical mindset with experience in hiring metrics, reporting, and recruitment analytics.

Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
