Role : ' US IT Technical Recruiter '
Experience : 3-6+ Years
Work Timings : 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM IST (5 Days a Week)

We are looking for a high-performing US IT Technical Recruiter with strong hands-on capability to independently assess candidates across a wide range of technologies and roles . End-to-end recruitment for technical and functional roles including Java, AI, Machine Learning, Business Analyst (BA), Business Systems Analyst (BSA), and Product Owner positions
Ensure a strong candidate experience through clear, qualified, and timely communication
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a US IT Technical Recruiter with the ability to technically evaluate candidates
Basic understanding of software engineering, AI/ML concepts, product roles, and business analysis functions
High ownership mindset with a focus on quality hiring over volume
