We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales to drive business growth for our Engineering Services portfolio across India, with a primary focus on Western India. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B solution selling, business development, and new customer acquisition within the Engineering Services industry. This is predominantly a hunting role, requiring a proactive sales professional who can identify opportunities, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and convert prospects into long-term customers. New Client Acquisition
Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and market expansion.
Develop account penetration strategies and engage with CXOs, engineering leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.




Understand customer business challenges and align Engineering Services offerings to create value.
Work closely with delivery, engineering, solutioning, bid management, and leadership teams to develop winning proposals.
Ensure seamless handover of won projects to delivery teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience in selling Engineering Services within India.
- Experience in managing sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and consultative selling approaches.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and revenue generation.

Solid hunting and business development mindset.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Experience
Experience selling Engineering Services to:
Heavy Machinery / Heavy Engineering companies
Strong customer network in Western India will be an added advantage.
