Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Create engaging and platform-specific content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, etc.).

Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) with actionable insights.

Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to improve reach and engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams for campaign execution.

Respond to queries, comments, and messages in a skilled and timely manner.
