About the Role BigStep is seeking an experienced Product Manager with 6–8 years of experience to lead the strategy and execution of AI/ML-driven, data-centric products . Author high-quality PRDs, clearly outlining problem statements, scope, dependencies, and success criteria

Manage and prioritize the product backlog; lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile environments

Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs; make data-informed decisions to keep delivery on track

6–8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within AI/ML, data-intensive, or SaaS platforms

- Proven experience writing comprehensive PRDs, managing complex backlogs, and driving execution in cross-functional Agile teams




- Analytical and outcome-driven mindset with experience defining and measuring product impact using KPIs and metrics
- Hands-on experience with product and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, ML concepts, and technical architectures, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and data teams
- Prior hands-on development experience or solid technical background (positive to have), with understanding of APIs, system design, databases, and software development lifecycle.
