Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for turning blueprints into reality We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to drive high-impact projects from concept to completion. In this role, you'll oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution-ensuring every detail aligns with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Bachelors of Civil Engineering and an equalent degree from an accredited institution

- Minimum 3years of experience in construction project management
- Should have experience in both architectural and interior projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite is required
- Should have own vehicle to travel
- Must be able to communicate in Kannada and English

Understanding and knowledge of project management and building construction.

- Managing project progress and adapting work as required




- Optimizing and improving processes and team handling experience
- Engage with stakeholders to determine and execute the project seamlessly

Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and deadlines.

- Coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor financial performance, manage costs, and optimize resources to maximize profitability.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain robust communication with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project.
- Experience in working with start-ups
- Minimum 3years of relevant experience in areas such as, but not limited to:
- Experience in working with hospitality construction projects.
