Head of Accounts – Finance Leadership Role
Experience: 5+ years in Accounting & Finance (preferably in energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors)

A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Head of Accounts to drive financial management, compliance, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in accounting standards, taxation, and financial strategy.

Develop & implement financial controls, policies, and reporting systems (Ind AS, IFRS, statutory requirements)
Oversee accounts payable, receivables, ledger management, and reconciliations
Manage taxation & audits (GST, TDS, Income Tax), ensuring compliance with regulations
Drive cost optimization, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making
Lead & mentor the finance team, improving efficiency and financial processes

Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Experience: 5+ years in accounting, compliance, and financial management
Tech Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle)
Experience in renewable energy, power generation, or EPC preferred
Strong leadership, financial planning, and compliance expertise
