This full-time, in office Sales Executive position is located in Pune. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting the company's rental and power solutions. The role includes preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.



Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

Identify and visit potential customers in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, references, and online platforms.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
Coordinate with service and installation teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Maintain sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Proficiency in sales and business development strategies
Customer relationship management and client service skills
Knowledge of diesel generator systems or experience in the power solutions industry is an added advantage
Fluency in English; proficiency in Marathi and Hindi is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Willingness to travel to different client locations in the designated service areas
