POSITION DESCRIPTION Sr Recruiter/Recruitment Partner- ANZ

Sourcing from Job Portals like SEEK, LinkedIn, One Touch and Making Job postings if required
Analysing candidates' experience and skills against specified criteria and selecting suitable candidates
Analysing CVs for suitable experience and skills based on specified job descriptions and selecting suitable candidates.
Adhering to company policies (time keeping, attendance, internet use, data protection etc)
Respond to recommendations for improvement from ANZ consultants on the quality of the candidates supplied.
Liaise daily with the ANZ recruitment teams both verbally and in writing
Ensure awareness and understanding of dashboards / KPI's / SLA's performance and the performance of the team against them.
Ensure all activities are aligned to the Hays brand values

Knowledge, qualifications,



and experience

Graduate- in any discipline

- 2-6 Years experience in US / Canada / UK / EU or ANZ Recruitment / ANZ Staffing preferably for IT roles
- Positive hands-on experience search techniques and writing Boolean search
- Working knowledge of job boards – SEEK, and social media – LinkedIn
- Good knowledge of ANZ work permits / authorizations / visa / tax terms etc.
- English language skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, word etc and record keeping
- Time management, planning and prioritising
