Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage admissions operations across multiple school campuses.
Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve student enrolment targets.
Oversee the complete admission process, from enquiry generation to enrolment.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective parents and stakeholders.
Monitor admission performance, conversion rates, and branch-wise admissions data.
Train, mentor, and support admissions teams across campuses.
Plan and execute admission drives, school events, and outreach activities.
Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to strengthen student recruitment efforts.
Ensure standardization of admission processes across all branches.




Travel regularly across campuses to monitor and support admissions activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in K-12 school admissions.
Proven experience in handling admissions for multiple school branches or campuses.
Strong knowledge of CBSE school admission processes and enrolment management.
Experience in leading and managing admissions teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated track record of achieving admission and enrolment targets.
Willingness to travel extensively as required.
