We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Solution Architect with strong expertise in Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion to lead enterprise-scale Work Management, Digital Operations, and Marketing Workflow transformation initiatives.

Define enterprise Workfront architecture, operating model, governance standards, and implementation of roadmap.

Partner with business leaders, PMOs, marketing operations teams, product teams, and IT stakeholders.

Mentor administrators, consultants, and implementation teams.

8+ years of overall IT experience with strong experience in solution architecture and enterprise application implementations.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront implementations.
- Strong expertise in Project Management, Resource Management, Demand Management, Intake Processes, Portfolio & Program Management, Reporting & Dashboards, Custom Forms, and Workfront Administration.




- Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end enterprise Workfront implementation.

4 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion.

- Experience designing and implementing complex automation workflows and integrations.
- Robust knowledge of Fusion Scenarios, Data Mapping, Error Handling, API Integrations, Scheduling, and Monitoring.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve Fusion implementations.

Strong experience with REST APIs.

Experience integrating Workfront with enterprise applications and systems.

Experience creating solution architecture and integration design artefacts, including Solution Designs, Integration Designs, Process Workflows, and Governance Frameworks.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Experience mentoring project teams, Workfront administrators, or consultants.

Experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

Experience integrating Workfront with: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Assets Adobe Analytics Adobe Campaign

Experience in Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, or Digital Experience programs.

Exposure to enterprise PMO processes, demand management, resource planning, and operational governance.
