Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and build long-term relationships with prospects and clients.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting promotional activities across digital and offline channels. The specialist will also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and participate in ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.

Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, references and other channels.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers and follow up with prospects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with implementation/product teams for smooth post-sales handover.
Maintain updated sales records, follow-ups and customer information in CRM.
