Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter with strong experience in Domestic IT Hiring, Staff Augmentation, and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing . The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical requirements, building strong talent pipelines, and achieving hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, and other relevant platforms.
Handle domestic IT requirements across contract, C2H, and full-time hiring.
Screen candidates for technical skills, relevant experience, availability, and compensation expectations.
Manage salary negotiations, counteroffers,



and notice-period discussions to improve offer-to-join ratios.
Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline updates, and feedback in the ATS.
Coordinate with account managers and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–7 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, preferably with a staffing or recruitment agency.
- Strong hands-on experience in Staff Augmentation, Contract Staffing, and C2H hiring.
- Positive understanding of technical skill sets, including Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Frontend/Backend, and Cybersecurity.
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as CEIPAL, Zoho Recruit, Taleo, or similar systems.
- Strong candidate management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working as an Individual Contributor and independently managing recruitment targets.
