About the Role-
As an Technical Interviewer at Newton School of Technology, you will play a vital role in evaluating students technical capabilities and communication skills during the admissions process. You'll ensure a fair, structured, and high-quality assessment experience for every candidate while maintaining the academic standards and ethos of NST.

Key Responsibilities-
Conduct academic interviews as per defined guidelines and allotted schedules.
Ensure fair, unbiased, and standardized evaluation of all students.
Use structured rubrics to provide consistent scoring across candidates.
Deliver qualitative feedback highlighting each student's strengths, gaps, and areas of improvement.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and decorum during all student interactions.
Flag any irregularities, misconduct, or technical issues promptly to the program team.

Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science,



Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong conceptual understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem-Solving.
Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or evaluating students is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using digital platforms for online interviews and assessments.
