We are seeking a driven and resourceful Business Development Executive to join our garage equipment company. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market presence by building relationships with dealers and direct customers, providing detailed product information through telephonic communication, and generating sales. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of garage equipment, and a robust ability to follow up and close sales.
Identify potential clients for white lebeling or reselling or end user in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs.
Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective dealers.
Negotiate contract terms with dealers and communicate terms to the CEO before the agreement.
Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news from time to time.
Business Development Executive Requirements:

Sales Generation:
Follow up with interested parties,



answer queries, and address any concerns to move them through the sales funnel.
Convert leads into sales by effectively demonstrating the benefits of our products.
Sales Follow-Up:
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Track sales progress and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demand to refine sales strategies.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market insights.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and present sales reports, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Work with management to develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
Minimum Education: MBA (Marketing), B.Tech., in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience in sales: Experience in Automobile Garage Equipment industry will be preffered

Must be fluent in Hindi (Hindi and English both preferred).
Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking)
