The Business Interlock is responsible for the overall design of learning interventions and is also responsible for managing the overall development pipeline

o Solid program project management skills with a proven record in execution Roles and Responsibilities:
o Plan and facilitate project calls to align the Client on goals, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
o Lead weekly status meetings, and provide guidance to address risks and issues
o Provide inputs to quarterly and annual Client budget development
o Partner with the Operations Lead on staff planning, recruitment, onboarding work assignments and team engagement
