Department: Packaging & Dispatch

Experience: 1–5 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise packaging, loading, unloading, and dispatch operations.

Manage packaging workers and ensure timely dispatch.

Coordinate with vendors, including powder-coating vendors.

Ensure proper material identification, packing, and site-wise segregation.

Verify packing lists and dispatch records using MS Excel.

Coordinate with project teams through WhatsApp and email.

Maintain packaging quality, workplace safety, and housekeeping.

Required Skills:

Team management and shop-floor supervision

Material handling and dispatch coordination

Basic MS Excel knowledge

Valuable communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in fabrication, sheet metal, or manufacturing preferred.
