We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to join us as an Associate Consultant – Finance & Strategy . This role blends financial expertise with strategy consulting, requiring the candidate to not only bring strong accounting and financial acumen but also to play a hands-on role in business transformation projects. The ideal candidate will support clients in financial performance improvement, governance, and execution of growth strategies.

Financial Strategy & Performance
Conduct financial analysis, P&L; reviews, and working capital assessments for client businesses.
Support preparation of financial models, budgets, and forecasts aligned with client strategies.
Business Transformation & Execution
Work with consulting teams to design actionable business strategies (sales channels, pricing,



market expansion, SKU optimization) and translate them into financial impact.
Drive execution support by tracking KPIs, project milestones, and financial outcomes.
Prepare and deliver structured presentations, financial analyses, and reports for client stakeholders.
Contribute to firm-wide knowledge assets, frameworks, and proposals.
Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.

- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in consulting, corporate finance, or CA firms.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial controls, and business performance management.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid communication and presentation skills — ability to simplify complex financial insights.
