IBMS and supporting infrastructure.

Responsible for monitoring and operation of HT Panel, Transformers, and Main LT Panels.

~ Check the Fire buckets / Fire extinguishers in the Room, Transformer yards and Panel room

Perform change over operations in the LT Panel during Power failures.
Respond to any alarms in the Equipment's immediately.
Coordinate with the external vendor while carrying out routine service in the HT Panels /
Attending to the issues if any in the Transformers / HT Panels / LT panel immediately with the

support.
Supervise Floor Technicians, Shift Engineers.
Coordinate with OEM for online/oline maintenance.
Conduct shift handover & ensure PTW/LOTO compliance.
Monitor UPS, LV switchboards, PDUs, SMDBs.
Support troubleshooting & safety compliance.
Support project activities at Site with feasibility surveys, BOQ preparation and supervision
Ensure the proper operation of chiller systems to maintain a comfortable DC environment or

The Scope shall be limited to the equipment's on the High side in the Chiller Plant operation

Monitor and control chiller plant operations to maintain optimal temperature levels.
Check equipment performance for normal operations. attention of both the Client appointed Site Shift Manager as well as OEM.
~ Reports: - MIS reports, WUE tracking, Water consumption Tracking, Incident Tracking,

submission of service report
Evaluate & record CT effectiveness, COC, Chiller efficiency in shifts for controlling the
Carryout of repairs as required after details analysis, getting quotes, taking approval, follow
Analysis of logbooks,
