Our Travel Advisors are responsible for personalized travel planning, designing & researching unique travel experiences, curating group tours, and managing all travel arrangements for our client's travelling to destinations across the world (Across 7 Continents!)
Other responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining client satisfaction,



and addressing any travel-related inquiries or challenges to create seamless and enjoyable travel experiences. The role requires effective coordination with clients, partners, and service providers to ensure a smooth journey for customers.
This full-time, in office Travel Advisor role is based in Delhi, India.

Proven expertise in Designing Itineraries and managing Travel Arrangements. Preferred to have an experience of working within hospitality, concierge companies, and advisory is preferred
Experience with itinerary designing for global destinations and research oriented skills
Experience with cruises and rail journeys is preferred
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to meet and exceed client expectations
Familiarity with global travel destinations, including cultural and logistical knowledge, as well as knowledge on luxury and boutique travel experiences and hotels.
Experience with research and design of travel itineraries, curating group tours and onsite tour management is preferred
Proficiency in using travel-related and customer management software tools is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous
