We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruiting, sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions. They will play a critical role in ensuring that Siemens Limited continues to attract exceptional talent to drive our company's success.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, industry conferences, and employee referrals.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Sourcing and Networking:

Talent Pipeline Development: Networking: Attend industry events, career fairs, and other networking opportunities to enhance Siemens visibility and attract top talent.

Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with Siemens.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.





Advisory Role: Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate expectations.

Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Tools/Data and Reporting:

Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activity, trends, and challenges to business leaders.

Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition

Strong sourcing and networking skills, with experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
