We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager with 6–10+ years of experience to lead and evolve our people practices as we scale. This role will play a key part in driving recruitment, performance, engagement, and organizational development initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in modern HR, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Develop and refine HR policies, frameworks, and systems that scale with the organization

Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, and performance management

Coach and support team leads on people issues, feedback, and team development

Maintain accurate and compliant HR documentation, including contracts, records, and trackers





Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and process improvements

Stay informed about HR trends, employment law, and best practices to guide company policy

6–10+ years of experience in HR roles with increasing responsibility, ideally in startup or product-driven companies

- Proven track record in recruitment, employee experience, and HR process design
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic HR thinking with hands-on operational work
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and modern HR tools
