The Project/Program Manager plays a critical role in driving strategic and operational initiatives for the Global Capability Center (GCC). The role focuses on enabling executive decision-making through structured governance, financial analysis, cross-functional program management, and stakeholder alignment across global leadership teams.
Strategic Program Management
Support long-term GCC strategy, growth planning, and operational maturity.
Lead preparation and management of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with global leadership.
Financial Analysis & Cost Optimization
Perform budget planning, financial forecasting, and cost analysis for GCC operations.
Develop financial models to support workforce planning, vendor engagement, and operational investments.
Manage multiple programs across engineering, operations, HR, IT infrastructure, and vendor management.
Ensure alignment between global stakeholders and local GCC teams.
Track program timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure delivery commitments are met.
Vendor & Partner Management
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, deliverables, and timelines.
Drive operational cadence including weekly leadership updates, project reviews, and status reporting.
Implement risk management frameworks to proactively mitigate operational challenges.
Enable continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma,



or Agile-based methodologies where applicable.
Support leadership in scaling the GCC through workforce planning and operational readiness.

- 8+ years of experience in project/program management within GCC, healthcare, or enterprise environments
- Experience working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or global delivery organizations
- Strong experience managing strategic programs and executive governance
