Synechron is seeking a Java Developer to develop, maintain, and deliver scalable Java applications. Software Requirements
Java 8+
Spring and Spring Boot
SQL and relational databases
CI/CD and Agile/Scrum practices
Docker or equivalent containerization tools
Java 11+
Cloud platforms
Kubernetes
SonarQube and monitoring tools
Lead or coordinate Java development activities.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Java applications.
Review code, designs, testing, and documentation.
Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Support secure coding, automation, and continuous improvement.
Programming: Java 8+, object-oriented programming, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Databases: SQL, relational databases, JPA/Hibernate; Cloud: Cloud deployment, scalability, and availability; cloud-native development is preferred.
Frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, REST, and microservices.
Tools: Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, automated testing, and code reviews.
Security: Secure coding, authentication, authorization, TLS, and API security.
Experience Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Java development.
Experience leading or mentoring Java developers.
Experience delivering Java solutions for large enterprise environments.
Experience across design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, microservices, cloud technologies, and troubleshooting is preferred.
Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning,



reviews, and retrospectives.
Develop, test, review, and deploy Java applications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
Java certification is preferred.
Cloud or Agile certification is an advantage.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
