About BotSpace BotSpace builds AI agents for e-commerce brands. They help brands sell more and handle customer support across their website, WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels. We work with quick-growing D2C and Shopify brands and are building an AI-native platform for sales, support and customer engagement.

Your job is to run great demos, understand what each brand needs, follow up consistently and turn qualified opportunities into paying customers.
We also expect you to build part of your pipeline yourself, through targeted outreach, referrals, your network and older prospects worth another conversation. This is a hands-on sales role with direct ownership of revenue.

Run product demos for e-commerce brands
Keep deal stages, next steps and notes accurate in the CRM
Work with the BD and partnerships teams to improve lead quality and messaging
Hand customers over cleanly to onboarding and customer success after a close
1 or more years of B2B SaaS sales, ideally as an Account Executive

- Comfortable speaking with founders, e-commerce operators, CX leaders and marketing teams




- Disciplined about the CRM and your pipeline
- Experience as an Account Executive or salesperson at a Shopify app, SaaS company or e-commerce technology company. Ideally you already understand the Shopify ecosystem, D2C brands, Shopify agencies, the common e-commerce tools and how merchants evaluate and buy SaaS. Experience selling AI, customer support, helpdesk, conversational commerce, marketing automation, retention or customer experience products is also a strong plus.
