This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Customer Relationship Manager. The individual in this position will be responsible for building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs,



and delivering tailored solutions in real estate transactions. The role will also involve coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to address customer requirements effectively.

Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience in customer service, sales, or account management

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field

Prior work experience in real estate or a customer-facing role is a plus

Proficient in using CRM tools and other customer management technologies
