Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves end‑to‑end recruitment for IT positions across the APAC region, ensuring timely hiring and a positive candidate experience.
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent.
Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media for candidate sourcing.
Maintain ATS records, recruitment trackers, and candidate pipelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regional hiring practices.
1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in APAC hiring preferred.
