Job Summary: The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage employee attendance, payroll coordination, and records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage performance evaluation and appraisal processes
Coordinate training and development activities
Maintain HR MIS reports and documentation
Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field

- 3–6 years of experience in HR
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
