Senior Presales Professional – IT Infrastructure & Managed Services
We are looking for an experienced Senior Presales Professional with robust expertise in IT Infrastructure, End-User Computing (EUC), Managed Services, Cloud Migration, Infrastructure Modernization, and Cybersecurity . The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-facing background and the ability to understand complex business requirements, develop solution strategies, and translate them into compelling technical and commercial propositions.
Develop solution concepts and proposals covering IT Infrastructure, End-User Services, Managed Services, Cloud, Infrastructure Modernization, and Cybersecurity .
Engage with CXO and executive-level stakeholders to present solutions, articulate business value, and address technical and commercial considerations.
Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, commercial teams, and technology partners to ensure solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with customer outcomes .
Support sales teams during negotiations, solution validation, commercial discussions, and opportunity closure.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving customer requirements across infrastructure, cloud, managed services, and cybersecurity.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and End-User Services .
Good knowledge of cloud migration strategies, cloud platforms, managed cloud services, and infrastructure transformation .
Understanding of cybersecurity solutions and managed security services .
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills .
Experience working collaboratively with sales, architecture, delivery, and technology partner teams.
Strong proposal writing, presentation development, and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience
Experience in a presales, solution consulting, solution architecture, or technical sales role within IT services.
Experience managing complex enterprise customer engagements.
Proven experience in RFP/RFI responses, customer workshops, solution presentations, and executive-level engagements .
Experience working with enterprise customers across infrastructure, cloud, managed services, EUC, and cybersecurity domains.
