Work closely with Product Marketing Management, Operations (Customer Service/Delivery/Go To Market) and Customer Solution Expert teams to define priorities and releasing plan for current products or upgrades

- Analyze impacts on the end to end flow for new epics (Webservice/backend, Selling Platform connect, Cytric, billing…)
- Partnering with relevant stakeholders to build the backlog and roadmap in your area of responsibility

Product Development

- Serve as product expert in the review and implementation of product initiatives
- Partner with engineering to provide leadership in an Agile development process, setting scope, and ensuring effective prioritization of features & stories, managing daily progress, and defining acceptance criteria
- Participate in Agile events (PI planning, System demos…) Effectively communicating the change which includes but not limited to building and publishing Release Notes, presenting the features of customer or business stakeholders and answering their queries on a release.
