We're looking for a forward-thinking Solution Architect to design and guide the delivery of large-scale, high-performance systems across web, mobile, and cloud platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile POD workplace, translating complex requirements into architectures that can scale with our ambitions. Your expertise will shape our technical landscape, mentor our engineering teams, and help us stay ahead of industry trends.

Define end-to-end architectures for web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms.

Apply best practices in security, performance optimization, and reliability.

Lead in an Agile POD Model

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Ops teams to deliver high-impact projects.

Continuously refine POD processes to improve speed and quality.

Ensure non-functional requirements (scalability, maintainability, security) are embedded into every solution.

Coach engineers,



fostering growth in architectural thinking and coding excellence.

Optimize existing architectures for performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in senior technical leadership.

Strong programming background in Java , Python , and Angular .

Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Hands-on experience with AWS services.

Solid understanding of Agile delivery, especially in POD-based setups.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent).
