This is a full time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will be responsible for leading the company's technology strategy, overseeing software development and product development, and ensuring the efficient implementation of IT initiatives. Develop and articulate a clear technology vision and strategic direction.

Align technology initiatives with the company's overall business strategy.

Software Development & Infrastructure
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Monitor and enhance technology operations and performance metrics.

Innovation & Research
Drive innovation to maintain a competitive edge.

Lead research initiatives for future technology and product improvements.

Prepare, manage, and optimize the technology budget.

Promote effective communication within the tech team and with other departments.

Represent the company in external technology forums and communities.

Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role.

Strong knowledge of emerging technology trends and strategic implementation.

Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and manage cross-functional teams.
