The role involves managing reservations and inbound sales for the hotel, overseeing team management, sales management, and account management to ensure excellent customer service and revenue generation.

Sales and Sales Management skills
Team Management and Account Management skills
Proven track record in hospitality industry sales
Knowledge of reservation systems and revenue management
Experience in luxury hotel sales is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
