This is a full-time in office/remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment procedures, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, they will be responsible for training and development programs for employees.

Recruitment Procedures and Employee Relations skills
Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
Training and Development program design and implementation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience in the HR field with a focus on employee engagement and retention
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
