Have awareness of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques.
Ability to write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.
Understand performance parameters and can assess application performance.
Understand core data structures and algorithms and has the ability to implement them using language of choice.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from reputed College/University, with 3 to 5 Years Experience.

Prior Experience in technologies such as C#, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS.
Working experience in frameworks like React and Angular




Experience in Powershell/Networking/ Windows
Experience in cyber software development is an added advantage
Exposure to CIS Benchmarks, Trellix, Acronis, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and IEC 62443 standards for OT/Industrial cybersecurity is an added advantage.
Experience with Relational database like SQL Server or PostgreSQL
Prior work experience in an agile environment, or introductory training on Lean/Agile. General understanding of the impacts of technology choice to the software development life cycle.
Displays understanding of the project's value proposition for the customer. Uses data or factual evidence to influence.
Completes assigned tasks on time and with high quality. Takes the initiative to experiment with current software frameworks
